For traditional art, I love using holbein acryla gouache, caran d'ache color pencils, and strathmore or canson bristol paper. For digital art, I love using procreate with brushes from the Retro Max Pack, Tip Top (Color Pencils), and procreate's 6B pencil.

✶ What are the two shipping options?

It usually takes 2-5 days to ship an order (2-7 for shop updates) since I do all the packing by myself!

U.S. orders should take 2-3 weeks to arrive. International mail can take a 4 weeks and I've seen some take 4 months to get to someone, especially with covid restrictions. 

However, If there is an error with your order, please send me an email (veronicaporlier@gmail.com) with your name and order number! I will happily fix any mistakes i've made! D; 

If you put the wrong address, please let me know immediately through email. If it gets returned to me, I will have to ask for you to repay for the shipping cost. :(

Yes! Sticker mail can be sent anywhere in an *untracked* stamped envelope. However, if you order anything that doesn't fit in a stamped envelope, you must choose first class mail/purchase a shipping upgrade or you will be refunded. 

I'm sorry it's so expensive but I have no control over it :'( 

Here is a list of countries that are currently suspended - here.

1. You can pay to have the package sent to you again, or 
   
2. I can refund you the value of the items minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee if the products must be in an acceptable condition to process the refund.

✶ VAT TAX FOR EU CUSTOMERS ✶ 

EU customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees one it arrives at your country's customs office. I, Veronica Porlier, will not be collecting or remitting VAT, it will not be included in the item price or shipping cost. It will be collected when your package arrives at customs. Any additional fees/charges/taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package. 

This will cause delays, so please monitor your package through the tracking number to make sure it doesn't get abandoned at customs or sent back to me. The two options above in the previous question are the same.
